We've kept this simple and honest. Here's exactly how the trial, subscription and cancellation work.
Every new Betty subscriber receives a single 21-day free trial. To start your trial you'll need to provide a valid payment method — your card is held securely but not charged during the trial period.
If you cancel before the end of your 21-day trial, your card will not be charged and your account will close at the end of the trial period.
If you do not cancel before the end of your trial, your card will be charged R79 and your monthly subscription will begin automatically.
After your trial, Betty is charged at R79 per month. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month.
You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period — you won't lose access immediately. Once the billing period ends, your account will revert to an inactive state.
No refunds are given for the current billing period once it has been charged, or for any previous billing periods.
The 21-day free trial is a once-off offer for new subscribers only. If you cancel your subscription and choose to return at a later date, your new subscription will start at R79/month from day one — no second free trial.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal, or by contacting us at hello@oddseven.ai. We'll confirm your cancellation and let you know your access end date.
